Rachel discovered Pilates in 2012 while studying Psychology at the University of Utah. She quickly fell in love with the Method as she explored the beautiful synergy between mind and body that Pilates inherently cultivates. As her Pilates experience expanded, she discovered more about the relationship between physical fitness, nutrition and an increased quality of life, sparking a passion for health and well-being.
These interests, coupled with an enthusiasm to share her discoveries with others, eventually led Rachel to Streamline's Teacher Training Program where she expanded her understanding and mastery of the Pilates method and philosophy. After an incredible journey through the Intermediate and Advanced programs, she’s excited to share her passion for Pilates with others.
