Drawing from a background in classical ballet, love for mountain sports and a professional career as an Interior Designer, Rachael is constantly exploring good movement and our relationship to the spaces around us. She completed the Mat teaching certification with Smartbody, Center for Contemporary Pilates in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in 2013 and then the Advanced Teacher Training Program at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado in early 2015. She believes that Pilates is the key to maintaining a strong, injury free body while challenging the mind and its control over the body as it moves through our indoor and outdoor environments.
