Pilates Class Series

Our class series offers an opportunity for continuous learning in an intentionally progressive setting. Each week, new skills will layer upon the previous class to build a comprehensive knowledge and practice.

Note: Class series are different from the on-going classes we have on our schedule because over several weeks we can take movement concepts and develop them over time in a layered progression. You will work with the same teacher and the same group of students for continuity and cohesion. Pay for a series up front; drop-ins are only accepted if the teacher knows that one of the regulars will be missing, leaving an open spot. Check with the studio and teacher directly if there is room for a drop-in.
