Streamline Pilates Teacher Training Program
Application Process & Payments
We are accepting applications for entry into the training program until December 31st, 2018, at which time we will determine if there are enough applicants to run the program (minimum of four participants required). Please fill out the application and return with an application check of $150 (refundable only if course does not fill) written to Streamline Teacher Training Program (STTP) and send to:

Once your application and check are received, we will review and request either a video of your Intermediate Level Reformer or an in-studio evaluation. After evaluation, we will either accept you for enrollment or request additional preparation. Once accepted, a registration deposit of $500 (check or money order) will be required to hold your spot. This deposit is applicable to your tuition.
For the Comprehensive Program, two (2) tuition payments will be due, the first payment of $3,000 ($3,500 less $500 deposit) in Weekend 1 and the second payment of $3,500 in Weekend 5. Cash, check or money order accepted.
For Advanced and Intermediate Programs, full payment of tuition is due in Weekend 1 or 5 (depending on program selected). That amounts to $3,350 ($3,850 less $500 deposit). Cash, check or money order accepted.
Your test fees of $900 for the 12-month and $700 for the 6-month trainings will be made online in the same way when your final testing commences.
